My Minolta is back: To perfect the perfection

This was the camera from Minolta responding to the Canon F1 and Nikon F2 at 1970s.  This is the most advanced professional camera at that time. Full metal jackets and titanium focal shutter, especially automatic exposure system, made it a generation advancement comparing to its competitors.

 Many years ago I had the early version X1 (or XK) with CDS metered viewfinder (also the ASA plate on the back is in rectangular shape).   The exposure information was shown in needle indicator.  The newly acquired Minolta XK is a later version (may be the last batch of production since it comes with the latest AE-S with silicon photo cell and LED dot display).
